I remember clearly once I was changing thought with some of my student (I was temp tutor), I was telling them I'm skeptical about the idea that 'draw something for the sake of drawing'. Means like okay, I got 2 hours free and grab a wacom and doodle. One of my student agreed with me and the other didn't. My religion was that you need to have a firm idea and then you visualize them on screen/paper.

But I was stuck for quite sometime as everyone can see from my gallery. And then I let go, just draw and let my mind runs free. I realize it works! haha..
But not all the time, I did have experience that no inspiration comes in...

My conclusion now is both way works, be more open.
All right, just want to share this thought to those who might concern or get inspired. haha..
